Morey Jenkins

Former MD at Elevation // Drummer

Morey Jenkins is a Music Director/ Drummer from Detroit, MI. Throughout his career he has been fortunate to travel the world using his gift of music. He has worked with a wide range of artist both in the secular and christian side of the music industry. Just to name a few, on the secular side Morey has worked with artist such as Mac Miller, Alicia Keys, Steve Bailey, Victor Wooten, Leagues (Thad Cockrell), The New Respects, etc. On the christian side of the industry he has worked with artist such as Eddie James, Danny Gokey, Elevation Worship, Bethel Music, Kierra Sheard, Dante Bowe, Israel Houghton, etc. Aside from music, Morey has a huge passion for Jesus and relationships. To him relationships are VERY important in his personal life as well as business life. When it comes to the music industry, Morey always says “It’s who you know that gets you there and it's what you know that keeps you there”.

Michelle Hess

Worship Leader // Consultant

Michelle Hess has been in ministry for nearly 20 years and spent the last 7 years focused in the area of worship. She has a passion for serving people and helping others connect to God through music. Her experience has ranged from church plants of less than 100 to more established churches of 3k. When she isn't leading worship, she is the Executive Director of a non-profit organization called Leadership West. She uses her leadership skills and love for people, to educate, engage and inspire leaders to make an impact in the West Valley. Hess is also an elected official for the City of Buckeye, since 2012. Hess is a graduate of GCU in Christian Studies and also holds her Master's in Strategic Ministry from Johnson University. Michelle is married to McKenzie Hess (a drummer) and lives in Buckeye, with their three children Lauren, Jeremiah, and Samuel.
